Gift from School

Today after class, an administrator at our school comes in the classroom and asks if we have gotten our rice. So Alvin goes outside to see what it is all about.

Well, our school was giving a ~20 lb bag of rice to every student. All we had to do was sign outfor it. So all the foreign students went home with rice. It was good timing because Alvin and I just ran out of rice last week. We were planning to buy more rice at the store on the way home.

So now our very generous school has given us a thermometer, moon cakes, and now rice. Also, they took us on that fun apple picking and jeep ride adventure.
