First we made the dough. I didn't have a recipe, but I have made a lot of things with flour in the last few months. I have used more flour in the last 5 months than maybe I have used in one year in Dallas:

Then we formed the dough into 5 inch logs:

The secret to making the dough was letting it sit in oil for 10 minutes. Bad for you, but it makes it easier to roll:

We made the meat out of ground lamb, green onions, white pepper, sesame oil, and salt:

Then we rolled out the dough:

We put the filling in a ball at the top of the dough:

Then we wrapped until no filling is sticking out, and then stretched the dough to wrap several times more in the same direction.

Then we squished the roll down:

Then we pan fried it in oil, and here is the final product:

It tasted pretty good. The street vendors sell really big ones, but I do like this tiny bite one.
