Pedicab in Xian

When we were in Xian, we had a lot of trouble getting taxis. Three times, Alvin and I took pedicabs. This is a motorized tricycle truck with a cover on it. The first one we took, the driver was super crazy. The cab didn't have doors, and so it could get pretty cold while we rode. These pedicabs do not have to obey any traffic laws and loved going on the sidewalks. When I got into a pedicab, I liked to say, "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads." Can you guess the quote?

After the first pedicab, we tried to make sure we got a pedicab with doors. Here is a picture of Alvin and I on our first pedicab ride.

A - are you losing hair? :)

Hmm, well... I do leave my hair cut pretty short. I think the front hairline is probably receding slowly. But up top, not thinning out (yet).

I've already decided that, if it becomes pretty clear that I'm losing my hair, I'll probably just shave my head.
