Well thanks to some list maintained by a guy named Craig, we have sold our couch. I am glad that our first craigslist experience has been a positive one. I would always want for people's first ebay or craigslist experience to be positive.
And so, just like that... our couch is gone. You can even still see the carpet marks left by the feet.
This is the same couch that I got when I first moved into this place back in 2002. And, this is the couch on which Bethany was sitting when I proposed to her back in 2003. Why I ended up proposing here, on this couch, with a bowl of mint-chocolate-chip ice cream (instead of over dessert at the Oasis in Austin) is a whole other story.
But yeah, that was almost 6 years ago! Since you weren't there to witness it, we've done a still reenactment... our very last picture with this couch.
