My butcher friend bought me this pink shirt. Alvin says I look like a fairy when I wear it, or a pirate. So he calls me a "fairy/pirate." I personally don't think it looks that bad, but the first time I saw it, it reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry's girlfriend made him wear a pirate shirt to be on The Tonight Show.
I willingly bought these sleeves myself to wear so my arms won't get that tan. When I wear it and look at my sleeves, it reminds me of sleeves Lestat would wear during the Interview with the Vampire era. Therefore, this is my fairy/pirate vampire outfit. I don't think many people can say they have one.

those sleeves are perfect while you are riding your bike,to protect from too much sun. Can I get you some sunscreen?

Signs you have officially turned into a ("real") Chinese person: You willingly buy sleeves to avoid getting tan. What? Bethany, Americans love being tan. It shows you have leisure time to be outside and enjoy the weather, presumably at the beach or on a yacht. Take those sleeves off and show you're proud to be an American! Don't get all culturally sensitive! It's 4th of July for crying out loud! P.S. I don't think the shirt is all that bad, but the sleeves have got to go! LOL!
LOL you are becoming like your mom!! =) i think your mom showed my mom how to cut "sleeves" from long-sleeved shirts to avoid getting tanned from driving. =D
